About the Role

ABSOLIN Software Solutions LLP is hiring a Project / Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our ERP and custom-software engagements — from proposal sign-off through requirement freeze, build, UAT and Go-Live. You will be the single point of accountability for client delivery: managing scope, schedule, team output and client communication for 4–6 concurrent projects across Odoo, Focus 9 ERP and bespoke web/mobile platforms. This is a senior, client-facing role reporting to the Technical Head.

What You’ll Own

▪  Drive every engagement from kickoff to Go-Live — SRS sign-off, milestone planning, sprint coordination, UAT, training and post-Go-Live warranty handover.

▪  Own client communication — weekly status, escalations, change-request conversations and steering reviews. You are the face of ABSOLIN to the client after the proposal is signed.

▪  Protect scope and commercials — identify deviations early, raise Change Requests with clear effort and cost impact, and keep delivery aligned to the signed SRS baseline.

▪  Run the delivery cadence internally — daily/weekly stand-ups with developers, functional consultants and QA; unblock the team; track velocity and quality.

▪  Support pre-sales when needed — scope documents, effort estimates, proposal walk-throughs and client demos for active opportunities.

▪  Report portfolio health to leadership — milestone status, revenue recognition triggers, risk register and resource utilisation across the active book.

What We’re Looking For

▪  5–8 years of project / delivery management experience in ERP implementations or custom software services — ideally with exposure to Odoo, Focus 9, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable platforms.

▪  Track record of running multiple concurrent client engagements end-to-end, with clear ownership of timelines, commercials and client satisfaction.

▪  Strong functional understanding of at least two business domains (finance, inventory, manufacturing, sales, HR, lending or similar) and excellent written and spoken English.

▪  Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira / ClickUp / Asana) and standard Office tooling. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce or Management. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are a plus, not a must.

▪  Vizag-based or willing to relocate. Comfortable with occasional client travel within India.

Bonus Points For

▪  Hands-on experience configuring or implementing Odoo or Focus 9 modules.

▪  Experience managing integrations with third-party platforms — payment gateways, KYC APIs, WhatsApp Business API, telephony, Tally.

▪  Prior exposure to MSME or NBFC clients in India, or a background in functional / technical writing (SRS authoring, user manuals)
